Growth Management Manager for a predominantly upscale Florida city south of Wildwood and with a population exceeding 30,000.  The position oversees over 30 people performing the planning, zoning and building functions.  It may also include some code compliance.  While not overly busy now, the City expects the new manager to use this time so the City will be prepared when the next growth wave arrives.  The government is well run and weathering the current downturn and reduction in property tax revenues reasonably well.  Salary 74,700 to $118,500 DOQ.  Apply to RecruitFour@cb-asso.com by October 23rd.  Questions to Colin Baenziger at 561-707-3537.
