Jeff Durbin, Senior Vice President. With over 30 years of leadership experience in local government and recruiting, he has seen it all and done most of it.
He brings notable expertise in organizational change, fiscal challenges, and disaster management.
Prior to joining CB&A, he served as an Interim Town Manager, and previously held the position of Town Manager for 16 years in Fraser, CO. He has a Master's Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from
Michigan State University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Design from the University of Colorado.
Mr. Durbin is proud to have achieved Credentialed Manager Status and is an active member of the International City/County Management Association, the Colorado City and County Management Association,
and the Florida City and County Management Association.
